As a consequence of the previous announcement that Jørn P Jensen is leaving the Carlsberg Group, Jørn P Jensen steps down as member of the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board of Carlsberg Breweries A/S with effect as of 1 October 2015.
Until a new CFO is appointed, Jan Thieme Rasmussen, Carlsberg VP Group Finance, will step in as a member of the Carlsberg Breweries A/S Executive Board.
