Director's Share Dealing

The Company was informed that on 1 October 2015 Graham Higgins ("Director"), Chairman, completed the purchase of 1000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 61 pence per Ordinary Share. In addition Jay Mervin Shaw ("Director"), Chief Executive Officer, completed the purchase of 500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 61 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the Directors' share dealing the Directors' holding in the share capital of the Company is as follows:
