Indutrade acquires Dutch supplier of hydraulic components

Indutrade has signed an agreement to acquire all of the shares in EPE-Goldman BV
(EPG Hydraulistics), Rotterdam, Netherlands, with annual sales of approximately
EUR 8 million.

EPG (www.epg.eu) markets and sells hydraulic products from leading manufacturers
to customers in Benelux in the shipbuilding, oil & gas, offshore, agriculture,
military, infra structure and engineering industry. Major products are pipe
components, ball valves, filters, couplings, hydraulic hoses and measuring
