We received the following notifications of voting rights pursuant to sec.
21 para. 1 WpHG (German Securities Trading Act):

1. State of Norway (represented by the Ministry of Finance)

The State of Norway, represented by the Ministry of Finance, Oslo, Norway
has informed us according to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that its voting rights in
Bayerische Motoren Werke Aktiengesellschaft, München, Germany, have
exceeded the 3% threshold of voting rights on 28 September 2015 and on that
day amounted to 3.01% (this corresponds to 18,116,846 voting rights).

3.01% of voting rights (this corresponds to 18,116,846 voting rights) are
attributed to the State of Norway in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent.
1 no. 1 WpHG. Attributed voting rights are held by Norges Bank which is
controlled by the State of Norway and is holding 3% or more of the voting
rights in Bayerische Motoren Werke Aktiengesellschaft.

2. Norges Bank

Norges Bank, Oslo, Norway has informed us according to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG
that its voting rights in Bayerische Motoren Werke Aktiengesellschaft,
München, Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of voting rights on 28
September 2015 and on that day amounted to 3.01% (this corresponds to
18,116,846 voting rights).
