Enclosed please find MT Højgaard A/S’s release of 6 October 2015 regarding that Scandi Byg, a subsidiary of the MT Højgaard Group, has entered into a contract for about DKK 40 million to construct housing and other facilities in the Hamburg area for up to 360 refugees.
This announcement does not give rise to any changes in the previously published expectations of the economic development in the MT Højgaard group.
Højgaard Holding A/S holds an ownership interest of 54 % in MT Højgaard.
