Enhancing Customer Experience the Focus of ASQ International Standards Conference

Attendees of the International Conference on Quality Standards -- held Nov. 9 – 10 at The Weston Indianapolis Hotel, in Indianapolis -- will learn the business case for standards certification, and discover the value business, government, the environment, and society at large can gain from standards deployment.

Palmes is chair of the international committee responsible for the recent revision of ISO 9000, which provides the fundamental concepts, principles and vocabulary for quality management systems.

The conference theme, "Enhancing Customer Experience Through Standards Implementation," will focus on standards' guidance and requirements of quality management systems, and how they support customer satisfaction and experience.
