AS Pro Kapital Grupp on 25.09.2015 informed its investors with stock-exchange notice of the decision of the shareholders to increase the share capital of AS Pro Kapital Grupp by 19472,6 euros by issuing 97 363 new shares. Based on the shareholders resolution the shares are offered for subscription during the subscription period 28.09.2015 - 02.10.2015 and the Member of the Management Board Paolo Vittorio Michelozzi (born 26.01.1961) has the right to subscribe the new shares. The shareholders meeting granted the right to prolong the subscription by 15 days.
AS Pro Kapital Grupp informs that it has decided to prolong the subscription period until 16.10.2015.
