Based on mutual agreement, Kok Weng Lam, CFO of Snowbird AG, will leave the
Management Board for personal reasons effective 31 December 2015.
The Supervisory Board thanks Mr. Lam for his achievements and the trustful
cooperation and wishes him all the best for the future.
The CFO position will be reoccupied promptly by the Supervisory Board.
