Íslandsbanki hf. has today offered 5 and 6 month commercial paper to investors. Offers of ISK 4.72bn were accepted. Nominal amount sold in series ISLA 16 0321 was ISK 1.0bn at the simple rate of 6.34% (price 97.2928) and sold in series ISLA 16 0415 was ISK 3.72bn at the simple rate of 6.50% (price 96.8015). The total issuance in ISLA 16 0321 cannot exceed ISK 1.5bn in nominal terms and ISK 5bn in ISLA 16 0415.
Prior to the auction the total outstanding commercial paper amounted to ISK 3.4bn. Total appetite for the issue amounted to ISK 6.98bn. Trading is expected to commence on 15 October 2015 on Nasdaq Iceland, shortnames; ISLA 16 0321 and ISLA 16 0415.
