Strategic agreement between LACROIX City and HELIOS Group
LACROIX City, an industrial group providing smart urban solutions and the HELIOS Group, leading French independent player in road marking, conclude a strategic partnership (*) allowing both companies to speed up their development.
The HELIOS Group has become in 15 years the leading independent French group in road marking with a network of 28 agencies and outlets.
LACROIX City addresses global smart urban challenges with a significant road signs and street furniture business unit.
LACROIX City has also developed a service business in marking and signs installation under the KANGOUROU brand in order to offer its customers a global « supply & installation » service. This customer need led LACROIX City to pool interests with a partner so as to strengthen this service business.

The agreement also includes the project to divest the KANGOUROU subsidiaries, with the HELIOS Group taking over the whole staff. This allows LACROIX City to focus on its core business as industrial company and to offer turnkey service to its customers; it allows the HELIOS Group to expand its footprint on the national market, while complementing its road marking offering with a vertical signage installation business.
In this respect, « LACROIX City will entrust its installation services to the HELIOS Group. And HELIOS will order all products needed in road signs and dynamic signage from LACROIX City » adds V. BEDOUIN, Chairman of the Board of the LACROIX Group.

(*) This agreement is subject to a condition precedent, to consult the social partners and to sell the securities of the KANGOUROU entity.
