settlement of the initial public offering of shares in CHORUS Clean Energy,
its share in the voting rights of CHORUS Clean Energy AG has fallen below
the thresholds of 10% and 5% and on such day amounted to 3.61 % (998931
voting rights). 0% (0 voting rights) were held by H&J Energieportfolio
Verwaltungs GmbH directly. 3.61 % (998931 voting rights) were attributed to
H&J Energieportfolio Verwaltungs GmbH according to Section 22 para. 1
clause 1 no. 1 WpHG from shareholders whose voting rights percentage in
CHORUS Clean Energy AG is less than 3%.

Section 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 07.10.2015, the date of settlement of the
initial public offering of shares in CHORUS Clean Energy AG, its share in
the voting rights of CHORUS Clean Energy AG has fallen below the thresholds
of 10% and 5% and on such day amounted to 3.67 % (1017528 voting rights).

below the threshold of 20% and on such day amounted to 16.66 % (4615916
voting rights). 0% (0 voting rights) were held by PELABA
Vermögensverwaltungs GmbH & Co. KG directly. 16.66 % (4615916 voting
rights) were attributed to PELABA Vermögensverwaltungs GmbH & Co. KG
according to Section 22 para. 1 clause 1 no. 1 WpHG.

rights of CHORUS Clean Energy AG has fallen below the threshold of 20% and
on such day amounted to 16.66 % (4615916 voting rights). 0% (0 voting
rights) were held by Peter Heidecker directly. 16.66 % (4615916 voting
rights) were attributed to Peter Heidecker according to Section 22 para. 1
clause 1 no. 1 WpHG.
