Termination of shareholders’ agreement
Dampskibsselskabet NORDEN A/S has received notice from one of the Company’s major shareholders, RASMUSSENGRUPPEN AS, in Norway stating that the termination of the shareholders’ agreement between RASMUSSENGRUPPEN AS and A/S Motortramp remains in force.
As noted in announcement no. 35/2014, on 13 October 2014, Dampskibsselskabet NORDEN A/S received notice from RASMUSSENGRUPPEN AS stating that it had terminated the shareholders’ agreement between RASMUSSENGRUPPEN AS and A/S Motortramp at 365 days’ notice.
The shareholders’ agreement between the parties is thus terminated as of today.
A/S Motortramp owns 11,851,240 shares in NORDEN (corresponding to approximately 28.1% of the Company’s registered nominal share capital). RASMUSSENGRUPPEN AS owns 4,869,640 shares in NORDEN (corresponding to approximately 11.5% of the Company’s registered nominal share capital).
