according to Section 25a para. 1 WpHG that on 07.10.2015, the date of
settlement of the initial public offering of shares in CHORUS Clean Energy,
its share in the voting rights of CHORUS Clean Energy AG has exceeded the
threshold of 5% and on such day amounted to 9.33 % (2584629 voting rights),
calculated from a total number of 27704950 voting rights. Thereof, a
proportion of 9.33 % (2584629 voting rights) was based on financial
instruments according to Section 25a WpHG (conditional claim for retransfer
of shares under share loan with maturity 06.11.2015), of which 9.33 %
(2584629 voting rights) were held indirectly. Voting rights based on these
financial instruments according to Section 25a WpHG are held by H&J
Energieportfolio Verwaltungs GmbH via the following chain of controlled

2. PELABA Ökofinanz GmbH, Neubiberg, Germany, informed us according to
Section 25a para. 1 WpHG that on 07.10.2015, the date of settlement of the
initial public offering of shares in CHORUS Clean Energy, its share in the
voting rights of CHORUS Clean Energy AG has exceeded the threshold of 5%
and on such day amounted to 9.40 % (2603226 voting rights), calculated from
a total number of 27704950 voting rights. Thereof, a proportion of 5.72 %
(1585698 voting rights) was based on financial instruments according to
Section 25a WpHG (conditional claim for retransfer of shares under share
loan with maturity 06.11.2015), of which 5.72 % (1585698 voting rights)
were indirectly held. Voting rights based on these financial instruments
according to Section 25a WpHG were held by PELABA Ökofinanz GmbH via the

settlement of the initial public offering of shares in CHORUS Clean Energy,
its share in the voting rights of CHORUS Clean Energy AG has exceeded the
thresholds of 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% and on such day amounted to 22.38 %
(6201614 voting rights), calculated from a total number of 27704950 voting
rights. Thereof, a proportion of 5.72 % (1585698 voting rights) was based
on financial instruments according to Section 25a WpHG (conditional claim
for retransfer of shares under share loan with maturity 06.11.2015), of
which 5.72 % (1585698 voting rights) were indirectly held. Voting rights
