Notification of voting rights pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG
On 14 October 2015, Allianz Global Investors GmbH, Frankfurt/Main, Germany,
notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its share of voting rights
in Aareal Bank AG, Wiesbaden, Germany, fell below the threshold of 5% on 13
October 2015 and amounts to 4.97% (2,977,266 shares out of a total of
59,857,221 voting rights) on that day.
1,560,688 voting rights (2.61%) out of a total of 59,857,221 voting rights
in Aareal Bank AG are attributed to Allianz Global Investors GmbH pursuant
to section 22 (1) sentence 1, No. 6 WpHG.
