Panevėžio statybos trestas AB has signed the contract with the real estate investment company Baltic Shopping Centers AB for expansion of the shopping and leisure center Mega and area landscaping. The value of the project amounts to 33.7 million Euros, VAT exclusive. The building will cover the total area of 54,000 square meters and the scheduled works should be completed by November 2016.
There will be the shopping center and the multi-storey car park in the new building.
