Vilnius, Lithuania, 2015-10-16 15:11 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 16 October 2015 the amended Articles of Association of AB „Grigeo Grigiškės“ (the “Company”) were registered with the Register of Legal Persons.
From today, the new Company’s name is AB „Grigeo Grigiškės“,the nominal value of one share of the Company is EUR 0.29 (twenty nine cents) and the amount of the authorized capital of the Company is EUR 19,053,000 (nineteen million fifty three thousand euro).
