Insider dealing charges brought against a member of Talvivaara's Executive Committee
Talvivaara Mining Company Plc (the "Company") has been notified that charges have been brought against a member of its Executive Committee in the Helsinki District Court on a case concerning alleged misuse of insider information. The Company is not a party to the case.
In the Company's view, the charges have no impact on the Company, its financial position or on the employment of the member of the Executive Committee in the Company.
