Ms. Yearick joins Williams Mullen after seven years as a Corporate Finance associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York. She assists public companies and investment banks in a variety of securities transactions, including public offerings of equity and debt securities, private placements and tender offers.

She received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.
