SoTHERLY Hotels Inc. Completes DoubleTree by Hilton(R) Conversion of Maryland Hotel


WILLIAMSBURG, Va., Oct. 22, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SoTHERLY Hotels Inc. (NASDAQ:SOHO) (the “Company”) announced today that it has completed the conversion of the DoubleTree by Hilton Laurel (MD). The hotel underwent an extensive $4.5 million renovation as part of the rebranding.

The 208-room hotel is centrally located between Washington, D.C. and Baltimore, MD in the high traffic I-95 corridor near many of the area’s largest governmental and commercial headquarters and convenient to the local tourist attractions. The property features 8,000 square feet of meeting space and two dining outlets.
