Retraction of Notification of Major lnterests in Shares
Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management Investment GmbH would like to retract
the previous disclosure made to Dialog Semiconductor Plc under the German
Disclosure rules.
Subsequent to Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management Investment GmbH's initial
disclosure made on 19 October 2015, the BaFin contacted Deutsche Asset &
Wealth Management Investment GmbH on 21 October 2015 and clarified that
contrary to the information on the ESMA HCA list, where the BaFin is listed
as the Home Competent Authority, Germany is not the Home Country for Dialog
Semiconductor Plc. Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management Investment GmbH,
therefore needed instead, to make the disclosure to the UK regulator, the
FCA.
