CORRECTING and REPLACING – MKS Instruments Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend


ANDOVER, Mass., Oct. 27, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- In a release issued under the same headline earlier today by MKS Instruments, Inc. (NASDAQ:MKSI), please note that in the first paragraph of the release, the dividend amount should be $0.17, not $0.165 as previously stated. The corrected release follows:

MKS Instruments, Inc. (NASDAQ:MKSI), a global provider of technologies that enable advanced processes and improve productivity, today announced that its board of directors has authorized a quarterly cash dividend of $0.17 per share, payable on December 11, 2015 to shareholders of record as of November 30, 2015.  

Future dividend declarations, as well as the record and payment dates for such dividends, are subject to the final determination of the company's Board of Directors.
