Farringdon Netherlands BV, Amsterdam, Netherlands, informed us according to
Section 21 para. 1 WpHG that on October 7, 2015 its share in the voting
rights of CHORUS Clean Energy AG exceeded the threshold of 3% of the voting
rights and on such day amounted to 3.77% of the voting rights (1045500
voting rights). 0 % (0 voting rights) were held by Farringdon Netherlands
BV directly. 3.77 % (1045500 voting rights) were attributed to Farringdon
Netherlands  BV according to Section 22 para. 1 clause 1 no. 6 WpHG from
shareholders whose directly held voting rights percentage in CHORUS Clean
Energy AG is less than 3%.

Bram Cornelisse, Netherlands, informed us according to Section 21 para. 1
WpHG that on October 7, 2015 its share in the voting rights of CHORUS Clean
Energy AG exceeded the threshold of 3% of the voting rights and on such day
amounted to 3.77% of the voting rights (1045500). 0% (0 voting rights) were
held by Bram Cornelisse directly. 3.77% (1045500 voting rights) were
attributed to Bram Cornelisse according to Section 22 para. 1 clause 1 no.
6 WpHG from shareholders whose directly held voting rights percentage in
CHORUS Clean Energy AG is less than 3%.
