Matrix Medical Network Holds Opening Ceremony for New Office in Largo, Florida

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Oct. 28, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Matrix Medical Network® (Matrix), the leading provider of in-home assessments and care management, has opened a new contact and support center in Largo, Florida. Matrix, a top employer in the Tampa area, will be holding a ribbon cutting ceremony to commemorate the opening of its new office location on Thursday, October 29.

Matrix’s new 50,000-square-foot facility in Largo replaces two separate contact centers the company had been operating in Clearwater, Florida since 2012. Matrix has experienced substantial growth for the past several years and expects this trend to continue. This new facility positions the company extremely well for future growth, accommodating twice the capacity than previously possible. It also now serves as Matrix’s largest national contact center and support services facility.

“The grand opening of our new Largo contact center is an exciting new chapter for Matrix,” said Matrix Chief Operations Officer Wyatt Campbell. “This new location brings together our entire Florida-based member relations and clinical support teams, which will allow for greater collaboration as they outreach to thousands of health plan members and organize the schedules of our nurse practitioners who visit members every day.”

As a part of the work that went into interior renovations, Matrix received a "Certification of Environmental Achievement" for the building's new floor covering. It is composed of recycled materials, including nearly 200,000 plastic bottles and more than three tons of glass, all of which would have otherwise ended up in a landfill.

The ribbon cutting ceremony is scheduled for 11 a.m. on October 29 at the Matrix Largo Contact and Support Center: 8333 Bryan Dairy Road, Suite 100, Largo, FL 33773.
