---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Effective today, October 29, 2015, Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services
Worldwide (Fraport AG) has retracted its application filed on July 1, 2015,
for increasing airport charges at Frankfurt Airport by 1.9 percent for the
year 2016.

As stipulated under Article 19b of the German Aviation Act, approval of
these airport charges is required from the relevant state authority - for
Frankfurt Airport this authority is the Hesse Ministry of Economics,
Energy, Transportation and State Development (HMWEVL).

Currently, the HMWEVL and Fraport AG have differing views regarding the
calculation of essential cost elements - including capital costs. As a
result, Fraport AG will re-examine the issue and submit a new
application at the appropriate time. Until a new airport charge schedule
comes into force the current charge schedule will remain valid also beyond
January 1, 2016.
