Change in number of shares and votes in SWECO AB (publ)


Sweco has in October 2015 issued in total 1 832 419 new Sweco B shares as
consideration to the Grontmij shareholders who tendered their Grontmij shares
under the offer in connection with the post-closing acceptance period. The new
share issues have resulted in that the share capital and number of shares and
votes in Sweco have changed.

After completion of the new share issues, the number of shares in Sweco on 30
October 2015 amounts to 107,799,885, of which 9,368,164 class A shares,
97,531,721 class B shares and 900,000 class C shares, representing 19,211,336.1
votes in the company. The registered share capital, after the registrations of
the new share issues, is SEK 107,799,885.

On the date of publication of this information, Sweco holds 540,320 class B
shares and 900,000 class C shares, in total 1,440,320 shares in treasury.
However, Sweco has no voting rights for the class B and class C treasury shares.
