Following the extraordinary general meeting held 23 October 2015 and Catena AB’s purchase of Klövern AB’s shares in Tribona AB (publ), the Nomination Committee of Tribona has new members. Catena AB has appointed Peter Andersson as member instead of Jakob Mörndal, who represented Klövern AB.
Peter Andersson is the CFO of Catena. The members of the Nomination Committee are Peter Andersson, Jesper Bonnivier, (Länsförsäkringar Fondförvaltning) and Anna Jakobson (Nordea Funds), in addition to the Chairman of the Board Gustaf Hermelin.
