The board of Nokia Oyj plans to propose an extraordinary dividend of EUR 0.10 at an Extra General or Annual General Meeting (EGM/AGM) during 2016. The scheduled Ex-date is yet to be decided.
Provided that the EGM/AGM approves the proposal, NASDAQ OMX Global Index Group will act and adjust NOKIA in accordance to the “Rules for the Construction and Maintenance of the VINX All-Share, Benchmark, Tradable and Sector Indexes” version 2.2, Section 4.2.1
