AB „Grigeo Grigiškės“: interim consolidated report covering nine months of 2015


Vilnius, Lithuania, 2015-11-02 09:37 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- During the nine months of 2015, the Group consisting of AB „Grigeo Grigiškės“, UAB „Grigeo Baltwood“, AB „Grigeo Klaipėdos kartonas“, PAT „Mena Pak“ and UAB „Grigeo Recycling“ achieved the consolidate sales turnover of EUR 78.2 million. It is by EUR 2.4 million or 3% more than during the nine months of 2014.

During the same period in question, the Company's sales amounted to EUR 40.5 million, which is by EUR 4.7 million or 13% more than in the same period last year.

During the reporting period, the Group earned EUR 6.8 million profit before taxes, which is by EUR 1.4 million or 25% more than in the same period last year.

During the nine months of 2015, the Company earned EUR 2.5 million profit before taxes, which is by EUR 0.1 million or 4% more than in the same period last year.

Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) of the Group and Company, if compared with the nine months of 2014, increased by 18% and 9%, respectively: during the nine months of 2015, EBITDA of the Group was EUR 14 million, of the Company EUR 6.4 million.

Taking into account trends of the nine months of 2015 AB „Grigeo Grigiškės“ forecasts that sales of year 2015 will exceed last years’ sales by EUR 7,6 million or 15,7% and will reach EUR 56 million. Profit before taxes will reach EUR 3.1 million and although it will be EUR 0.5 million less than a year ago, EBITDA of the year 2015 will reach EUR 8,6 million and will be by EUR 0,6 million or 6.9 % higher than in 2014.

On the 22nd of December 2014 proclaimed forecasted financial indicators for the year 2015 of the Group remain unchanged.
