SOTKAMO SILVER HAS APPOINTED ARTTU OHTONEN TO NEW MANAGING DIRECTOR FOR ITS FINNISH SUBSIDIARY

Due to retirement of the current Managing Director Ilkka Tuokko, the
Board of the Finnish subsidiary, Sotkamo Silver Oy has appointed Mr.
Arttu Ohtonen as new Managing Director.


Mr. Ilkka Tuokko has informed the Board that he will retire from
November 1st 2015. Ilkka Tuokko will continue in the Company as Chairman
of the Finnish subsidiary and he will continue to participate in the
development of the Silver Mine project, also as a specialist and
consultant.

 

Mr. Arttu Ohtonen has been employed by the Company since 2012. His role
has been as Environmental Manager at Sotkamo Silver. Arttu Ohtonen is
authorised as Mining Safety Person for the Silver Mine. He will continue
in this position. Arttu Ohtonen has a Master of Science in Technology in
process and environmental engineering from Oulu University.
