LINCOLNSHIRE, IL--(Marketwired - Nov 4, 2015) - CNBC host, entrepreneur and philanthropist Marcus Lemonis has shown over and over that he knows how to help companies increase revenue on his hit CNBC reality series, The Profit, and now he is asking people across the country to donate pairs of jeans to give to those in need now through Saturday, November 14, as part of his Blue Jeans Drive during the 1st annual National #DonateDenim Week.

"I want you to look through your closets for those jeans you bought that you thought would fit just like I did or the ones you thought were in style last year, and give them away," said Lemonis. "Everyone owns a pair of jeans they don't wear so bag 'em up, box 'em up and give them away to someone in need!"

Lemonis currently offers a corporate social responsibility program at all of his businesses called 'Project Good Samaritan', with a mission for associates to make communities a better place both as corporate citizens and individual employees through a dedicated focus on 'people helping people.'"

People across the country are urged to donate a pair of jeans for drop off at the following locations and will receive a special in-store discount of 10% off the total purchase, for same day purchases, after the donation is validated:

"My goal is to create awareness and collect 50,000 pairs of jeans across the country for our community members that need extra assistance to clothe themselves and their families" remarked Lemonis.

Project Good Samaritan Champions at each donation site will identify a program in their local community that will directly assist children, women and men in need of the donations.
