Nordecon AS signed a construction contract with Estonian Ministry of Defence for the construction of 2nd stage of Lintsi warehouse complex. In the first phase of the 2nd stage, 20 warehouses will be built with the client’s option for another 12 warehouses.
The value of the first phase warehouses is 9 million euros, excluding VAT and including reserve. The works for the first phase end in april 2017.
