YIT will construct a rental apartment building for Elo Mutual Pension Insurance Company
YIT has signed an agreement on the construction of an apartment building project for Elo Mutual Pension Insurance Company. The total value of the agreement is approximately EUR 20 million. Construction will start immediately, and the project will be completed in spring 2017.
The apartment building located in Helsinki region will consist of 105 rental apartments. The project will be constructed on a plot owned by YIT according to the company’s design.
