FORT WORTH, Texas, Nov. 09, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hallmark Financial Services, Inc. (NASDAQ:HALL) is pleased to announce that John Chace has joined Hallmark to lead the professional liability product line, Hallmark Pro.
Mr. Chace will serve as the President for Hallmark Pro and will lead the growth, diversification, and operation of the product portfolio. In addition to the Medical Professional Liability coverages currently offered, he will lead the development of a broader set of professional liability products.

Mr. Chace served most recently as the Senior Vice President, Chief Underwriting Officer at OneBeacon Professional Insurance where he led the professional, management and healthcare liability product lines. Prior to OneBeacon, Mr. Chace held executive roles with Fireman’s Fund, Munich Re, and The Medical Protective Company, specializing in healthcare and professional liability.
Joining Mr. Chace, Barbara Sinclair has been named the Senior Vice President, Healthcare Group Leader. She joins the organization with deep expertise in the health care industry specializing in medical professional and excess coverages, with a focus on hospitals.
Ms. Sinclair most recently served as Senior Vice President of Healthcare for Alliant Insurance Services, working with a broad client base that included hospital systems, national physician groups, medical research foundations, and health care risk retention groups. Prior to Alliant, she served as Senior Vice President of Healthcare for OneBeacon Professional, overseeing the Healthcare Complex Risk underwriting team. Barbara has held senior leadership and underwriter roles with Darwin (AWAC), and Chubb Insurance Group (Executive Risk) working with large healthcare systems as well as underwriting Managed Care E&O and Healthcare D&O. She spent her early career with Marsh & McLennan and A&A Insurance Services in the Healthcare products.
