FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2016

PANDORA has planned the following dates in 2016 for the financial statements, the Annual General Meeting and payment of annual dividend: 

Any shareholder who proposes business to be transacted at the Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 16 March 2016 must submit the proposal(s) to the Board of Directors’ Secretariat not later than Tuesday 2 February 2016. Proposals must be sent by letter to PANDORA A/S, Board of Directors’ Secretariat attn.: Lars Jensen, Hovedvejen 2, DK-2600 Glostrup, Denmark, or by email to legal@pandora.net.

The content of this release will have no impact on PANDORA's outlook for 2015, as latest communicated to the market in in connection with the Q3 2015 report on 10 November 2015.
