Comptel Corporation STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 12 November 2015, 10.15 am EET

 

Between 5 August 2015 and 14 October 2015, a total of 250 120 Comptel Corporation new shares have been subscribed for with the company's stock options 2009C. For subscriptions made with the stock options 2009C, the entire subscription price of EUR 127 561.20 will be entered in the reserve for invested unrestricted equity. As a result of the subscriptions, the number of Comptel shares increases to 107 853 895. 

The shares subscribed for under the stock options have been registered in the Trade Register on

12 November 2015, as of which date the new shares will establish shareholder rights. The shares will be traded on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki together with the old shares as of 13 November 2015.

The share subscription period for stock options 2009C is 1 November 2013 - 30 November 2015.
