Notification according to Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Securities Markets Act of change in holdings in YIT Corporation shares
YIT Corporation has on November 11, 2015 received an announcement under Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act, according to which the holding of Polaris Capital Management, LLC in YIT has exceeded the threshold of 5 per cent.
According to the announcement, the holding of Polaris Capital Management, LLC in YIT has increased to 6,374,798 shares, corresponding to 5.01 per cent of YIT's shares. Polaris Capital Management, LLC held 4,533,517 voting rights in YIT on November 11, 2015, which is 3.56 percent of voting rights in YIT.
YIT has one share series, each share entitling to one vote. YIT’s registered total number of shares amounting to 127,223,422 has been used in the calculation of percentages for the announcement.
