In accordance with Section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, cf. the Danish Executive Order no. 668 of 25 June 2012 on major shareholders, it is hereby announced that today The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation has informed TDC that their holding of shares in TDC as of 10 November 2015 is below 5 per cent of the voting rights and the share capital of TDC.
