Dear Customer,
All the external GCF test systems will be running version 3.1 starting tomorrow Tuesday, November 17, 2015. GCF test systems EXT1, EXT2 and EXT3 will be upgraded to release 3.1. during Monday, November 16. GCF EXT4 is already running version 3.1.
This has no impact on user accounts or data subscriptions.
