Ethan Allen Keeps With Tradition; Stores Will be Closed on Thanksgiving Day

DANBURY, Conn., Nov. 16, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ethan Allen announced today that its nearly 200 U.S. Design Centers will once again be closed on Thanksgiving Day so its associates can spend time at home with family and friends celebrating the true meaning of the holiday.

“Thanksgiving is more than a day for shopping, parades, and football,” says the company’s Chairman, President and CEO Farooq Kathwari. “It’s a day to gather, create memories, and reflect on all that is good in our lives. As a company that encourages our clients to start something beautiful, we are aiming to do just that around the dinner tables in our associates’ homes this November 26.”

EthanAllen.com will remain open on Thanksgiving Day, and Design Centers will resume normal business hours on Black Friday, November 27.
