Fifth Street Asset Management Inc. Reschedules Earnings Release for the Quarter Ended September 30, 2015


GREENWICH, CT, Nov. 16, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Fifth Street Asset Management Inc. (NASDAQ:FSAM) ("FSAM") announced today that it has rescheduled its earnings report for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.

The Company intends to file a notice of the extension on Form 12b-25 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The delay in filing the Form 10-Q resulted from delays in compiling certain necessary information to complete its quarterly review procedures and to prepare a complete filing of its Form 10-Q by November 16.

FSAM is working to complete its review and intends to file its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 on or before November 23, 2015, in accordance with Rule 12b-25, and now plans to hold a conference call at 4:30 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Tuesday, November 24, 2015, to discuss its quarterly financial results.
