Breakthrough for cBrain in the UK with first G-Cloud contract

In April, the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Council signed an agreement with cBrain to pilot F2. This pilot project has now ended, and has successfully demonstrated that the Danish model for digital public administration can meet the needs of local authorities in the UK such as the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Council.

Following the pilot project, the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Council has signed an agreement to procure the F2 solution as Software-as-a-Service, using the national G-Cloud framework, starting with approx. 50 users out of potentially 1.500 users.

The successful pilot project and agreement with the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Council is a breakthrough for cBrain in the UK market, which represents a significant market opportunity, as there are more than 400 such local authorities in the UK.

Based on the project with the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Council, cBrain is bringing to market a new, integrated digital production platform for UK local government, which is referred to as Council-as-a-Service (CaaS).

Council-as-a-Service offers significant cost savings for local authorities as it can replace a number of existing IT systems covering document management (EDRM), content management, customer relationship management (CRM), collaboration and knowledge management, input/output management, and workflow/line-of-business case processing systems.
