The event was sponsored by Google, Wells Fargo, BP and Coca Cola, and was attended by over 300 chamber executives and business owners from across the country, as well as local community and business leaders.

"Hispanic-owned businesses are thriving in Silicon Valley and throughout America," said USHCC President & CEO Javier Palomarez. "They represent the power of our entrepreneurs who are not only job creators, taxpayers, and political donors but also voters with a crucial role in the upcoming election cycle. We look forward to celebrating the success of our nation's small business community in a region that leads the world in ingenuity and innovation."

"The USHCC Foundation focuses on equipping tomorrow's entrepreneurs with the skills and resources they need to lead thriving businesses, create American jobs, enrich local communities and reach their full potential as prospering professionals," USHCC Foundation Chairman Nina Vaca said. "I'm delighted to hold our reception and Chamber Training Institute in Silicon Valley. It's a pleasure to see the overwhelming support for America's small business community in the hi-tech capital of the world."
