TEO LT, AB, the largest provider of integrated telecommunication, IT and television services in Lithuania, informs that Teo Group financial results in 2016 will be released according to the following:
- Consolidated Interim Financial Statements for 12 months of 2015 – January 29
- Annual audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the year 2015 – March 18
- Consolidated Interim Financial Statements for 3 months of 2016 – April 20
- Consolidated Interim Financial Statements for 6 months of 2016 – July 20
- Consolidated Interim Financial Statements for 9 months of 2016 – October 21.
Annual General Meeting of Shareholders is planned to be held on 26 April 2016.
88.15 per cent of Teo shares are owned by TeliaSonera AB (Sweden), which offer telecommunications services in the Nordic and Baltic countries, the emerging markets of Eurasia, including Russia and Turkey, and in Spain.
TEO LT, AB shares are listed on Nasdaq OMX Vilnius stock exchange (ticker – TEO1L).
