Danske Andelskassers Bank makes a rights issue of 66,072,000 new shares each bearing a face value of DKK 2. Subscription price is fixed at DKK 2.50 per share of DKK 2.
Subscription period: 25 November to 8 December 2015, both days inclusive.

Subscription of new shares from the rights issue will take place in a temporary ISIN (DK0060671238) which will not be admitted to trading and official listing on Nasdaq Copenhagen. The new shares from the rights issue will be traded in the permanent ISIN DK0060299063 after the registration of the new shares with the Danish Business Authority.
Resolutions passed at the general meeting held on 4 November 2015 regarding reduction of the company’s nominal share capital and reduction of face value of the shares from DKK 10 to DKK 2 will be implemented on Nasdaq after registration of the new Articles of Association with the Danish Business Authority.
