Tern Plc ("Tern" or "the Company"), the AIM quoted investing company specialising in the cloud and mobile sector of the IT market, is delighted to announce the appointment of a new director.
Alan Miles Howarth, 70, has been appointed as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
Alan has extensive experience as a chairman and non-executive director of private and public companies. Previously, Alan was a partner of Ernst & Young responsible for prime consulting assignments, and was managing director of Compass Management Consulting Limited.
The following details in relation to the appointment of Mr Howarth are disclosed in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules:
