Basware's financial reports and Annual General Meeting in 2016
During 2016, Basware Corporation will publish the following financial reports:
- Financial Statements Bulletin for 2015 on Tuesday, February 2, 2016
- Interim Report January-March 2016 (Q1) on Tuesday, April 19, 2016
- Interim Report January-June 2016 (Q2) on Tuesday, July 19, 2016
- Interim Report January-September 2016 (Q3) on Wednesday, October 19, 2016
The Financial Statements Bulletin and the Interim Reports will be published at approximately 09:00 AM EET on the abovementioned days. Both the bulletin and interim reports will be available in Finnish and English.
Basware's Annual Report 2015, including Financial Statements and the Report by the Board of Directors, will be published in Finnish on the company's investor pages at www.basware.fi/sijoittajat and in English at www.basware.com/investors in February 2016, week 6.
Basware Corporation's Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 15, 2016 in Helsinki, Finland. The Board of Directors will convene the meeting separately at a later date.
