M-Brain Lowers Revenue and EBITDA Forecasts for Fiscal Year 2015
As a result of weaker-than-expected development of sales in second half of 2015, M-Brain Oy adjusts its outlook for 2015 so that full year revenue for 2015 is forecasted to be approximately EUR 30-30.5 million and EBITDA approximately EUR 2.2-2.7 million. EBITDA forecast includes non-recurring expenses of approximately EUR 0.7-0.8 million relating mainly to the integration of Global Intelligence Alliance Group.
The weaker-than-expected development of sales is mainly attributable to the difficulties related to the integration process in Asia as well as the weak general market development in Finland.
The previous full year revenue forecast was approximately EUR 32-36 million and EBITDA approximately EUR 3.3-5.3 million, including non-recurring expenses of approximately EUR 0.7 million.
