Nasdaq also announced that it will delist the common stock of ZaZa Energy Corporation. ZaZa Energy Corporation’s stock was suspended on October 05, 2015 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.
Nasdaq also announced that it will delist the preferred stock of Escalera Resources Co. Escalera Resources Co.’s stock was suspended on November 11, 2015 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.
Nasdaq also announced that it will delist the common stock of Oncolytics Biotech, Inc. Oncolytics Biotech, Inc.’s stock was suspended on November 05, 2015 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.
Nasdaq also announced that it will delist the common stock of ATRM Holdings, Inc. ATRM Holdings, Inc.’s stock was suspended on October 29, 2015 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.
Finally, Nasdaq announced that it will delist the common stock of BG Medicine, Inc. BG Medicine, Inc.’s stock was suspended on September 16, 2015 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.
Nasdaq will file a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to complete the delisting for each of these companies. The delistings become effective ten days after the Form 25 is filed.
