Den 18 september 2014 beslutade NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB (”Börsen”) att observationsnotera aktierna i PA Resources AB (”Bolaget”) med anledning av Bolagets pressmeddelande offentliggjort samma dag.
Den 23 november 2015 offentliggjorde Bolaget ett pressmeddelande med information om att Bolaget ansökt om avnotering av sina aktier från Nasdaq Stockholm. Den 24 november 2015 offentliggjorde Bolaget ett pressmeddelande med information om att Börsen beslutat att godkänna Bolagets ansökan om avnotering och att sista dag för handel fastställts till den 15 januari 2016.
Enligt gällande regelverk blir ett bolag noterat på Nasdaq Stockholm observationsnoterat om bolaget ansökt om avnotering.
Med anledning av ovanstående uppdaterar Börsen sitt beslut att aktierna i PA Resources AB (PAR, ISIN-kod SE0005126729, orderboks-ID 34961) ska vara observationsnoterade även enligt ovanstående grund.
On September 18, 2014, NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB (the ”Exchange”) decided that the shares in PA Resources AB (the “Company”) were to receive observation status with reference to a press release issued by the Company on the same day.
On November 23, 2015, the Company issued a press release with information that the Company has applied for delisting of its shares from Nasdaq Stockholm. On November 24, 2015, the Company issued a press release with information that the Exchange has approved the Company’s application on delisting and that the last day of trading has been decided to January 15, 2016.
The current rules of Nasdaq Stockholm state that a listed company will be given observation status if the company has applied for delisting.
With reference to what is stated above, the Exchange has decided to update its decision that the shares in PA Resources AB (PAR, ISIN code SE0005126729, order book ID 34961) shall be given observation status also with reference to the above circumstance.
