Univest Corporation Declares Fourth Quarter Dividend


SOUDERTON, Pa., Nov. 25, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Univest Corporation of Pennsylvania (NASDAQ:UVSP), parent company of Univest Bank and Trust Co. and its insurance, investments and equipment financing subsidiaries, today declared a $.20 per share quarterly cash dividend for the fourth quarter of 2015.  The dividend will be paid on January 4, 2016 to shareholders of record as of December 10, 2015.
